Teach English In China Programmes
Long-term paid teaching
We recruit for paid teaching positions on an ongoing basis.
We are now recruiting for teachers to start in August 2017 or February 2018.
Are you a final year student or recent graduate and considering your career options? Do you want the opportunity to live, work and play abroad?
We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and committed individuals who will relish the challenge of teaching in China for a year! With salaries between £520-£1440 per month (depending on location) and free accommodation, it is the perfect graduate job, allowing you to gain valuable life experiences whilst seeing the world.
We recruit on an ongoing basis. Contracts are for 10 months and start in either August of February. Our partner school in Xuzhou also offers contracts for 4.5 months starting in August or February.
You will teach mostly oral English to the age group of your choice: primary school, middle school or university. The job entails using your imagination and making spoken English as fun and as interactive as possible.
A degree is essential (you can apply in your final year at uni), but no previous teaching experience or knowledge of Mandarin is required.
If you are interested in applying for a teaching position please send a full CV to firstname.lastname@example.org
Suitable candidates will be invited for a phone interview to discuss the experience of teaching in China and placement options.

You will teach classes independently as the main teacher, sometimes assisted by a teaching assistant.
You do not need previous teaching experience or any spoken Mandarin abilities, just enthusiasm and the courage to take teaching in China in your stride.
