Our recruitment process is designed to evaluate candidates suitability to our programmes and to the challenges of living and working in China. We aim to ensure that applicants are well-informed throughout the process and have the opportunity to ask us questions about our company, our programmes and anything China-related.
We use a straightfoward three stage recruitment process and recruit on an ongoing basis, so you can expect to hear back from us soon after your initial application!
Once our team have reviewed your application, you will be invited to a 30-minute telephone interview during which we will discuss your previous experiences, goals and expectations.

Following the interview, we will inform you of the outcome by email. If successful, you will be sent instructions on accepting the offer and enrolling onto your chosen programme.
