Our recruitment process is designed to evaluate candidates suitability to our programmes and to the challenges of living and working in China. We aim to ensure that applicants are well-informed throughout the process and have the opportunity to ask us questions about our company, our programmes and anything China-related.

We accept applications from friends and partners hoping to be placed in the same city. This is something we endeavor to accommodate on each of our programmes. If you are applying with a friend or partner, we ask that you please make note of their name on your cover letter.

We use a straightfoward three stage recruitment process and recruit on an ongoing basis, so you can expect to hear back from us soon after your initial application!
